Our comfortable townhouse is situated inland and is ideal for families who want a holiday in Majorca to experience the real Spain.

The house is split over two floors with a fully equipped kitchen with Majorcian patio doors that open to the rear of the first floor giving you the lovely morning sunshine filtering in.

There is a large entrance hall and off this is the lounge and dinning room with patio doors opening to views of the Tramuntana mountains and surrounding countryside.

There is a double bedroom with patio doors to the rear of the property with a small Majorcian balcony.

To the upstairs there are three bedrooms one en-suite with a balcony looking over to the mountain range.

The other two bedroom face the rear of the house and are services with a full bathroom off the landing area.

We are a pleasant 20 minute drive from Palma through the countryside and only 15 minutes from the popular resort of Alcuidia and Porto Cristo we are ideally situated for golf holidays in Majorca.

The house has a communal garage and underground storage which is ideal for storage of sports equipment.  Walking distance to all the village amenities and train station and has a wide variety of scenery for those who love walking holidays.

A train link to Palma and Inca runs regularly making this an ideal location to explore the heart of Majorca and enjoy a more rural holiday and being in the center of the island also makes a good location for biking holidays too.

You can relax and take in the views from the lounge and bedroom of the surrounding countryside.
Sineu is a typical Majorcian village for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the major resort towns and sample the real Spanish living.
The village is surrounded by lush vin-yards adding to the relaxing atmosphere.

This is a great town house to rent for those who want to explore the island and all it has to offer.
